And they ruined all the CWK items. All of them need Karma scissors.
I'm pretty sure that those new "scroll-like" items under Consume are specifically made for the Cape, and notice how all those items give Weapon Attack. So basically the Cape has scroll-specific items that give Weapon Attack onto that Cape only. For example, use the 10% one and the new Cape now has +5 ATT, 4 slots; use another 10%, now it's 10 ATT, 3 slots.
