Yeah, that's it. The same applies to Weapon cancel. It doesn't affect Iron Arrow or Arrow Bomb, because of how they multiply though.
IE: Doing less than 1 damage with Arrow Bomb makes the impact hit miss. Hit a mob of Wep Canceled Bonefish and the last few hits miss, etc.
