Formula for AP-Applied MP

My bad in scaring you. I had Triple Washing on the brain because I was reading through old Training Center threads. 340 INT would be for those who are incredibly close to 200 but still need some HP, so MP washing with 340 INT for a pirate would give them 10 usable AP worth of HP from one level.
