OH WHOOPS! My bad. It should just be 180 INT for pirates to double wash 100%. Sorry about that.
Well it can be 170 INT if you feel lucky. After all, you can get 15 or even 16 MP instead of the minimum 14, but 180 INT to be safe than sorry.
