What is the AP-applied MP gain formula? *NOT THE LEVEL UP gain*

What is the exact INT amount required for a pirate to wear so that it will gain enough MP to AP reset TWICE out of MP?

*P.S. It's not 160 INT trust me. Otherwise I would be able to double wash >___>
