Any way to get out of the juggle of death of witches? if he catches me I'm pretty much dead thanks to the ungodly phase shift delay...

Avoid it. I don't know of all the skills in the game, but I can't think of any besides Phase Shift that will allow you to escape once you're trapped in it. If you get caught in the juggle + swatter, you just have to take it and prevent it from happening again. Quick Rebound once you're free to avoid getting set up immediately after.

I played against many opponents (of varying classes) who were insanely hard to juggle. They either massively overpowered me or avoided getting juggled several times. People that move around the axes erratically are especially hard to catch. That's probably the best avoidance advice there is. The alternative is to be so aggressive that they have to be defensive. That's how people usually got me.
