You've been playing Maple that long and you can't figure out where to put 2 SP? There's not much of a difference between 28 and 30.
You should get 28 Drain, though, unless you want Double Stab for some reason. Endure is only for small meso savings that don't even compare to Drain. It's a choice between 2 more points in Drain or 20 more seconds on Booster.
