Well... Broken white + warm light from lamps = my choice.
Remember it's always the lights in your house that make it feel "warm". Even red can feel cold if you use cold lights (hard white lamps = terrible), or when the weather outside is crap...
Also, the most important thing is, broken white walls suits with almost EVERY color of furniture / floors / etc . Painting your walls another color can give you extra problems with choosing the right furniture for your home.
P.S. use google image search for examples for different wall colors, it's quite helpfull
