Will MapleSEA have a lvl 200 Aran before aran is on GMS released?

Agreed. No one here was attacking him in the first place. Copy/pasting your junk from somewhere else doesn't contribute any value to the topic discussed at hand especially if you, perhaps, haven't adequately checked out the content of the discussion. Why bother defending yourself when you weren't even attacked? How do I know he wasn't being attacked, you ask?
