Taking a quick glance at that image, I noticed several shops. Her eyes (buffed out, enhanced color, add "shine"), her neck (elongated, caus everyone is turned on by giraffes), her skin (lol@blur, even if it's just because the image isn't a High Quality shot, that's a pretty bad blur job), and her hair (how2emphasize shine and color?), hell the whole image has at least one filter effect over it. I wouldn't be surprised if they moved her lips and nose from their original spots to give her face a more "smooth" look. There are most likely way more than that in this image, if it was a normal image I wouldn't have said anything. But this image makes it very noticeable that it's shopped, as if they didn't even try to hide it.
