White furniture is really bad. I've had a white desk, my best friend has white leather furniture. They will get dirty unless you protect it somehow. Based on the chats we've had about you neglecting your wu sou, I highly do not suggest having white furniture...
Have you considered having white walls? I think having too many colours is a bit overboard and easy to get sick of. White is really not that bad. Colours aren't a bad thing but too much isn't a good thing.
I believe a bedroom should have bright colours. More on the light than medium side. When you wake up, seeing dark colours isn't a nice start to the day I think. My room is light yellow. Guest room should be white in my opinion.
For the study room, I think a Pale Green or a yellow would be nicer with dark brown (and possibly old) furniture. If you really wanted a Tree theme, then you should add some plants to help it look that way. A "lazy" yet elegant plant you could get is those Bamboo plants at T&T. Just wall colour + dark brown furniture isn't enough. White is nice too f3.
As for the washroom, I think a white/light blue colour would be comfortable.
Overall, I wouldn't use any dark coloured paint in a room that doesn't get much sunlight. White walls isn't a bad thing either. Keeps the enviornment very clean and fresh.
Decorations are important too~
I prefer light and clean environments. Dark colours keep things serious and cramped.
Also, posting pictures of the place might help too
. Carpet colour, and other details could affect things.
