The time was already there.
But yes, the class is rather disappointing in action. They either need a huge power boost or speed boost. All of their attacks, except Blaze, are incredibly slow. Since they don't have a spammable ultimate, they need better attacks to actually train with. At the moment, they're barely stronger than regular Arch Mages, if you exclude Meteo/Blizzard.
