You have to use the 'Gift' button in the Cash Shop (meaning, don't BUY the item first). Also, as far as I know, you cannot gift with Maple Points. Aside from that, there aren't many restrictions.

Oh, and this belongs in Maple Q&A, not Amherst. Smile
