Will MapleSEA have a lvl 200 Aran before aran is on GMS released?

I'd like to point out that people are still leeching even though there's the new party EXP system.

At 50% slower leechers are blowing off a lot of money for a small gain. Besides, as long as it helps my AM/Bishop guildies keep earning money it's no skin off my back since leeching will go from AWESOME to crap.
