So do we have any evidence which could prove whether Soul Dragon and Magic Mastery add Basic Attack or Magic Attack?
The variable given is just .mad, like any other spell but it's also the same variable as Meditation and Onix's Blessing +MAtk bonus.
The skill description uses the same word ('horsepower') as Meditation to describe what it's increasing, though Blessing of the Sprite and Onix's Blessing state 'Spell Damage' instead of 'horsepower', and 'Basic Attack' is a different word on its own.
Of course, I know that the Strings aren't always correct (if anything they're the other category), but I just want to put that out there.
