Spoiler
Only change in my 40 (actual, current) build is 5 Acid Rain instead of 6. Thankfully I hadn't raised it yet. So the 40 build in that pic represents my complete build in game at the moment.
Final build is still up in the air. It's so hard to know what to do about Florae Collider without being able to test it myself. I've pretty much given up wanting to max it now, but I still don't know if I should get it to level 1 just to have. Is it worth raising Broomspin two more levels? Is it even worth having for dungeons AT ALL? AHH. I think I might do it... It seems worth giving up a little Manteau (even though I love it so much) for a new ability.
I had to think about Mana Shield, too. Since I never used it any dungeon, I didn't think I'd need it past 1. However, I DO use it PvP, and I realize how helpful it is there. Now I've been leaning towards maxing it... I figure I might need it for high level dungeons anyway? Regardless, 100 points saved to raise it to 10 once I can. I don't want to gimp myself in PvP/later dungeons if it really is amazing at max.
I still plan on using 50 points to get level 1 awakening attack. Definitely confirmed now that I won't be wasting points leveling the awakening passive.
Yes, I'll probably work Quick Rebound in eventually. But as of now, I don't care about it. Don't we get it for free later anyway? If I want it sooner, it's not hard to find room.
I just want to playtest Collider. ARGH. Or like, SOLID insight into its usefulness. Luckily my play style led me to create a build that works great for PvP, so I don't really have to make many adjustments for that besides raising Mana Shield and Death Dust. Soloing dungeons is still a big part of my DFO life, though. That's why Collider is bothering the heck out of me.
Had to get that off my chest.
From what I've seen, it'd have very limited use in PvP, since it'd be relatively simple to avoid it if it takes too long to cast and to use a punishing counterattack from a safe distance. For instance, a Launcher could sit safely away and charge a laser rifle. In PvE, it may be a solid damage move for single targets (which Witches are decidedly lacking in). Not sure though. To my understanding a failed cast won't even attack anything, unless I'm mistaken. I dunno, not too great with Witch skills, but it seems helpful to get something focused on single targets to cover that weakness, though Drill does that and then some (omg sleeper drill lasts forever).
