Like buffs never stack unless the skill description says so.
So with Onix and Meditation, you either get the 20 from Meditate or 50 from Onix, but never the two added together.
You have to include the extremely restrictive cooldown on Onix, though, which only allows your buff to be in place for 1 out of every 4 seconds. That reduces the actual buff to about 12.5 MATK over four minutes. This skill shouldn't even have a cooldown considering it's a 10th mastery skill.
