Don't forget all the +35 base attack Evan gets to all of its attacks from Soul Dragon and Magic Mastery.
Either way, those speeds are atrocious. If they're going to be the same speed as demolition, they better be able to hit as hard as demolition too. I hope they give Evans a significant power boost or speed boost before releasing them. They have really useful party buffs but that isn't enough motivation for me if their training is going to be hindered by slow attacks.
And again, skills get replaced too quickly. If those attack speeds are relatively accurate, Blaze replaces both Earthquake and Flame Wheel in terms of DPS, even on 6 targets, since it's so much faster.
