Okay, here's the problem. I don't know how these are multiplied with regard to magic skills, and especially with SE.
I'll assume that 25% chance of 170% damage is just multiplicative, and that Dragon Fury is a multiplier of 110%. I'll also assume that SE does not add the invisible 100% as it does with weapon attacks.
This means, unfortunately for the Evan, that neither multi hit nor single hit attacks will be very impressive with SE.
Corrected Blaze: 242 BA/sec * (1 + 0.25*0.7) * 1.1 * (1.35/1.4) = 302 BA/sec
Blaze + SE: 242 BA/sec * (1 + 0.4*1.1) * 1.1 * (1.35/1.4) = 369 BA/sec
Illusion is going to be weaker than Blaze no matter what, so I didn't bother.
Now, if SE does by some freak of nature add the 100%:
Blaze + SE: 242 BA/sec * (1 + 0.4*2.1) * 1.1 * (1.35/1.4) = 472 BA/sec
