DPS doesn't matter *at all* unless it's on a target with lots of HP, and almost all of said targets are over level 120, so the Striker would get a level penalty. Since there are only 4 bosses in our version (two of which have less than 8 mil HP) that are weak to lightning, this is just plain not possible. Don't get me wrong, Strikers are a *great* class, and they can probably overpower any Bucc at level 150 in just about any training or bossing situation except HT (where neither of them could survive anyway), but to outright say that a level 200 is as strong as a 120 is just absurd.
lvl 120 thunder breaker is just as strong as a 200, bucc, this is nexon, they dont care.
