Level 130 Evan showcasing higher level skills at Newties (sorry, no Dark Fog yet)

This leads me to believe that the 10th mastery comes at a much later level and not 120. No level 120+ Evan videos have showcased any of the 10th mastery skills yet.


I really hope they speed up those attacks because they look painfully slow. Earthquake and Flame Wheel look like they're Evan's main training skills so they should be much faster than that.
