It was a summer event. Cooler boxes dropped from monsters and all you had to do was open them. Then you got an item. Pretty much 9 out of 10 times it was a crappy transformation potion but you could also get a pink tube to trade into Cassandra for the pink tube weapon, a yeti mount skill. You also got the surfboards from that. I got one of the Level 95 ones myself and they must have been common because at the peak of the event they were selling for 100k in the server I play on
