You're trying to use logic against a show that's about KICKING LOGIC TO THE CURB.

By the way, every time it "moves" it's actually teleporting all of it's particles through space. So in a way, it's not actually "moving" as much as it's shifting from one place to another. It doesn't need a functioning nervous system, it's a giant robot driven on THE ENERGY OF EVOLUTION ITSELF.
