As the name implies, the right to pour.
In Mexico, you get shot by local authorities if you pour anything. Only the designated village/city pourer can pour. This means if you're thirsty, you have to rely on someone else to pour your water. Need soup? Hope you're not planning on pouring it in the bowl yourself.
