So around as strong as Chain Lightning, Chain Lightning without the diminishing hits, or Chain Lightning on steroids, or..... Chain Lightning on steroids without the lame diminishing hits? :f6:

Don't know anything about reductions after the first hit, but it's 320 basic attack, 60% mastery, and can jump up to five times. This doesn't include any sort of amp or other buffs.
