Nexon Lies to its Customers

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:

This post on Nexon's website announces that 100% GM Scrolls were reintroduced into the gachapon on 111109 and will remain in the gachapon until the 120909. However, it's been over a week since this gachapon event has begun, and I, or anyone else, have yet to see any gachapon-smega notifying that someone obtained one of these 100% GM scrolls.

In fact, I'm very that the supply of these 100% GM scrolls are almost out. Today, I owled for Shoe Speed, Shoe Jump, Shoe DEX, Staff MA and all of them returned a message stating that the owl was unable to find the items. I'm in Scania, what's supposed to be the most populated server in the game! More population = more people gaching = more people getting 100% GM Scrolls! Yet I still can't find any.

The only explanation for this phenomenon is that Nexon didn't add the 100% GM scrolls into the Gachapon as announced.

...is like asking for a screenshot of light in completely shut, dark room. I can't really show you what's not there, but it is very evident that these 100% GM Scrolls were not added into the Gachapon. The massive inflation on the remaining 100% GM scrolls and the complete lack of certain varieties of 100% GM scrolls prove the rapidly dwindling supply of 100% GM scrolls, which shouldn't be happening if they were introduced into the Gachapon in the first place.
