And while on it, faces that can only be noticed as a character's because of different hairstyle, hair color, eye color, or facial paint/marks.
In fact, my fair opinion, is that this is what makes anime SUCK. I've seen some examples work out well, like 20th Century Boys. But that's the artist, you know.
