You've been infected pretty badly. Sucks that you've gotten a piece of software that is extremely hard to remove. You can mass scan with your anti-spyware program, but I doubt you'll find much. I also doubt that members of Southperry can help you, unless they know how to read HijackThis logs as well as a few other logs.
I'll try my best to help you. The first thing is to look at the list of installed programs and see if you have any of the following. If you do, delete it immediately.
NetPumper
Zone Media
BitGrabber
CiD Help/CiD Manager
Download Plugin for Internet Explorer.
Beyond this, I can't be much use because I can't read HijackThis logs nor do I have time to spend learning. It'll be much faster if you post about your CiD popup problems on a special tech support forum that has a great team dedicated to helping people out. I'll suggest the Bleeping Computer of those folks at Lavasoft (who have solved previous CiD infections).
This is a tough piece of spyware for you to remove and will require you to download multiple tools like HijackThis, NoLop.exe, Deljob.exe, ComboFix, and a lot of other weird logging tools. Just listen and follow every single direction the tech person gives you.
