Everyone, the world is seriously going to end in 2012. You should all liquidate all your assets and have a massive party/orgy combo sometime in the beginning of December of next year.
In the meantime, if anyone wants a little extra cash, I am willing to buy your house, for the price of 2012.21$. But wait, why would you want to sell your house? You're going to need it for that party/orgy. What if I told you, you could live in it until December 22nd, 2012? That's right, I'll buy your house, and you can live in it until the world ends on December 21st, 2012. Then if I somehow survive by some miracle of all miracles, I'll have legal rights to your house. That's never going to happen though, will it? So you basically get a free 2012.21$. You can't lose!
