Placebo effect as i posted earlier, the power of the mind over the body is amazing, but it can also backfire...
Example:
Doctor: sir take this pill (placebo in disguise) it will make you feel better, it might give you stomach ache and such. (disguising the after effects of the real medicine)
Patient: doctor the pill you gave me it didn't cure me, and it gave me stomach aches.
there have been medical cases of such things happening, what i gave is a raw example, not necessarily exact for the actual thing happening.
