True. The analogy doesn't quite carry over. But I think a lot of of that has to do with how we polarize religious people to be ignorant of science and atheists to be amoral people who have no knowledge of religion. A large irony is that a ton of atheists don't know nearly enough about science and a ton of Christians don't know nearly enough about the Bible to stage a reasonable argument that doesn't fall under both sides agreeing that religion can only exist as a faith-based experience.
