[COLOR="Green"]I agree with Spidy here. It's cool and all that they are promoting training yourself, but I don't think its fair for the people who actually train. When I train solo at skeles, I get 50% per hour on 4x. When I train with Katie, the supercool Bishop, I get 55% per hour on 4x. It's not that big a difference for me, but its nice, especially since I can actually talk to her on occasion and have fun. Now with this formula, I'll be getting pretty much the same amount of exp as I do normally training, so why the hell should I even party anymore? 
I also think it should be more along the lines of "If you're below level 120, the exp you get is based on the level difference between characters" and then it should change after 120.[/COLOR]
