We have confirmed an issue with the permanent Kino pet when it is received as a gift. If you receive the permanent Kino pet as a gift, the pet displays the description of “The water of life has dried up.,” and the pet is unusable. This issue does not affect those of you that purchased the permanent Kino pet for your own use.
We are actively researching the cause of this issue and will inform you of the resolution as soon as we can. Hang tight, and we’ll make sure these pets never leave your side again.
