I find people who refuse to train in anything less than perfect conditions rarely hit level 200.

Every non-magician, for example.

How about people that don't use NX and thus don't have 2x cards?

Or the people that use their time to advance their other goals such as FMing?

I find that to be a derogatory statement otherwise.
