I never actually knew you, but I saw you around at times, you were one of those few people who actually got an archer to high levels on Khaini xD. Welcome back.
I had no problems getting into the two HT groups I tried to join when I was 15x even though one of them stopped doing runs for a while, so I don't think you'd have any trouble with that. At 192 I think you could use a clean nisrock and outdamage most 15x-16x archers when appled. As for finding training partners, that can be a tough one. You'd probably meet bishops through HTing, or apq, etc.
