Okay. Let's get some logic here.
Why do GMS has Aran quests in data? Take a look at KMS and compare those, GMS got almost everything in this patch, or were you thinking that 2xx MB were only Arans or normal content?
Why so many Aran information was gotten? Because GMS got lots of data, including this from KMS, and many other things, including event, Mushroom castle data and so.
But, what? Because Arans have an icy hometown, and use skills that are ice based, it makes it look wintery and acts like a reason to guess that it'll be in december? Seriously.
No one knows when they'll arrive, that's the truth.
Edit: About the artifact quest? Okay... Let me give enough reasons to convince that Arans are not related to those in GMS.
1- The event isn't even there, the stones doesn't even drop. 2- Gaga is only @ Malaysia, which can only explain that they forgot to delete this one, the others aren't there. 3- Like Isaac said, it was released when arans got released, which not means that those are related.
