Oh- if you have the HP and you are lazy- (I am lazy) and don't like to walk/jump alot Mr. Anchor is awesome.
His EXP:HP ratio is meh- but from the top floor you hit both sets with heal.
So if you are a lazy trainer Mr.Anchor is nice.
-Also when you can hit well its excellent exp because the mobs NEVER run out.
Like you are almost always hitting six at every heal.
I was doing some quests there and trying it for leech (no good btw) and I gained over 15% per hour on my 122 Bishop.
