They introduced all of that in KMS + the flashier 1st job skills after Aran was released though. It appears that they were part of the Mushroom Castle patch (in which I'm now wondering if we're going to get Mushroom Castle at all. It's the same as Neo City and the like in that it's a Theme Dungeon, except Mushroom Castle is actually original content. But that's a whole different topic).
...Then again GMS probably does not really obtain certain kinds of new content in the same order that KMS does (really, I've been behind on GMS patches for a long while, especially in terms of KMS content -> GMS trends).
