How long time takes it for Frostprey/Phoenix to attack? i.e. the time it takes for one attack, or the amount of attacks it makes per minute.

I just went on and timed it and it hit roughly 16 times in 1 minute. That being said, upon the start of my timer, it didnt attack right away (took roughly 2-3 seconds before the first attack) so I suppose an estimate would be 3.5ish seconds/attack?

If it matters, I did my "experiment" at bone fish, where I waited for one to power up physically, cast puppet, then stood beside it, letting phoenix attack it (killed it on the like 14th attack cause its level 1 and bone fish seem strong to fire, etc).
