Low-Dex = Having lower dex than needed to wear your weapon and having all your equips add stats to allow you to put it on.
Dexless = Ignoring secondary stat completely and only putting points your main stat, choosing to use a Maple weapon instead of a regular weapon.
That is the only fundamental difference. Needless to say, you can only have Low-Stat classes in a case where a secondary stat actually determines if you can weild a weapon, like Bowmen with STR or Thieves with DEX, but not a Warrior where STR is the only option needed unless you want to equip special things like a Stonetooth Sword.[/COLOR]
