Gruesome murder on Greyhound bus

Unlikely that this person can use the mental disorder defence as they have to prove that he has a mental disorder. I hope they find some sort of motive to upgrade this to 1st degree murder and put this bastard behind bars for a guaranteed 25 years.

Yet the robotic movements and the excess of attack and lack of planning or emotion tends to some mental instability (quite a bit I'd wager)
