nexon wont release perm pet?

Could someone fill me in (sorry for hijacking the thread OP!) please? Nexon's having an event where you can buy permanent NX items? If this is true, are they any good?

Yes for the past couple weeks they have offered a selection of permanent items at about double the cost of the 90-day versions.
Whether they are 'any good' is a matter of opinion. I think the invisible hat is worthwhile for many to permanently hide a zhelm or even uglier scarlion head.
