If you'd like to argue I'm going to point out that you still have options to PQ for Tokens. You need 2 people at max to do either KPQ or PPQ, whichever arouses you more, with a condition that you're capable of multi-Mapling. KPQ takes roughly 10 mins each round, dropping 4~6 tokens, PPQ takes 8 mins each round, 3~5 tokens, with an exception of a few PQs you get to fight Enraged/Angry Lord Pirate, who apparently drops more tokens per kill.
Actually, I wouldn't mind if the belts were just difficult to get since day 1. However, Nexon messed up, and made the belts easy to get day 1 and hard to get the rest of the event. People who got a jump start on it all got their belts happily without any real work involved. You can call me a sourpuss for not going to Newties in time (didn't think they'd remove it because I didn't know how much they were dropping until after they were removed. I was thinking it was like an ore drop from them), but I wouldn't have cared so much about the belt if it was this difficult to get at the start.
On a side note, what's KPQ? The only PQ I know abbreviated as KPQ is Kerning, but that needs 4 people, and they'd all be the type who'd rush in and loot all the coins.
