The belts should had 1~2 slots on them, and permanent, with the event permanent, with the tokens dropping from more mobs. That way, more people would get a chance to get one, they wouldnt be way over powered, and they would be easier to get. I would scroll the first slot with Str and then chaos the second. Do that til i get an ok mixx of Str and att Goggleemoticon
