A question for office staffs...

I tried telemarketing for a few days and ended up hating it. This happened on my first day at work:

*calls a number*
Man: (weakly) Hello?
Me: Hello, is this Mr. Smith?
Man: Helloooo?
Me: Mr. Smith, is that you?
Man: Honey, is that you?
Me: No, my name is Paul and I'm a representative from...
Man: Honey, if that's you, please bring the insulin. I need insulin.
Me: Uhhh, sir?
Man: Just bring it fast... pleaaaaasssseeeeeeeeee
Me: Oh... okay, sir.
Man: I love you so much, and I hope to see you soon.
Me: I love you too sir.

Turned out my microphone was set to mute.

i just pass the call on to some one else, its called delegating and you can do that when your in snr management
