Is the skelies dungeon still glitched?

I don't know about skels since i don't train there, but newties respawn was definitely sped up at last patch. Before, it was usually just over 10 seconds with occasional 8 second respawns. Now it is usually 8 second respawns. The change was very noticeable for me because with 10s respawn times, I could just barely kill two newties per cycle with my wind archer, but after the change i could no longer do that until i got bow expert at lvl 110. At least for Khaini; possibly this is different for different servers?
