Finally got my shoe maxed out.
when I looked at the SS, there was nothing there. I almost managed a double level up - my Paladin leveled to 133, then 2 kills later (28000 exp) my shoe leveled up.
Clean: 5 str 3 dex 84 wdef 1 acc
+ Jewels: 3 str 5 acc 5 speed
+ random stats (no stim): -1 str +1 def >_<
+ 3/5 60% shoe speed: +6 speed
Level 2: +1 dex +1 speed
Level 3: +1 str +1 speed
Level Max: +1 dex +1 speed +1 jump +1 stance
