I don't use it, I just kept it because it's called a Cracked Sash. People need to play more Diablo II. =/

I understood the reference, I thought you were using it due to nostalgia.

(especially with only a 44 second cooldown on phasewalk).

Err... what? Phasewalk has at most a 36 second cooldown, 20 seconds if you max out Hard to Get.

Personally, I'm getting Quicksilver, Spark, Radiance, Intuition, Phoenix, Slayer, Enforcer, High Velocity and Blackout.
