Well, we don't know if you have 100mil to spend or 5bil to spend, but since you mentioned brown work gloves and stormcaster gloves in your post and didn't mention white glove, I'll assume you have a decent amount. Akhamagna is way too rare to scroll. For your bow, you should also look into a reverse engaw because 30% bow scrolls aren't very cheap. The best choices for overalls are either red arzuna (made with basic str/dex with 30%s tossed on) or reverse evernew (stimulator, adv str, dex, dark). Reverse presto has the potential to turn out better stat-wise than stormcasters if you get full effect from adv str, dex, and dark plus the levelups, but remember that it becomes untradeable on equip, unlike the other gloves that can be sold when you want to upgrade. Also, you will probably have to scroll it yourself. As for shoes, you'll want to look into reverse rontano. Lower leveled shoes are not as good because shoe jump scrolls only add 1 dex, so it's more efficient to get as many stats on a clean shoe as possible. With maker, levelups, and scrolling, reverse rontanos can turn out to be equivalent to a 4-5 attack facestomper, but if you can afford better facestompers, go for it. Your cape should always be a pink adventurer cape because the attack heavily outweights the stats.

I'd recommend going strless up until your goal for now, so none of this needs to get in the way until then, you'll be a bit stronger than usual, and you can easily plan your str for later.
