Serious, we need to be able to kick people in dungeon

Short story short, sadly got a leecher into the party, intensionally killed himself and at the end got a green item from reward, pissed everyone else who worked hard for the whole run. We seriously need to be able to kick someone like that in a dungeon, maybe a vote system would be good, so the leader can't abuse it.

Laggers too, one lagger fu<ks up the whole run.
